- We do not offer refunds unless the ticket was not delivered or contained a technical error.
- Orders with incorrect or missing email addresses are not our responsibility.
4. Delivery
Tickets are delivered by email, typically within a few minutes of payment. Delivery times can vary occasionally, for example during high demand or if extra information is needed to complete your booking.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for:
- Visa rejections.
- Airline or immigration issues.
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our tickets.
